Conversational Intelligence Program Method

Participants will learn through a 2-day face-to-face workshop followed by 3 online follow-up meetings, each lasting 2 hours and held at 2-week intervals. This will enable participants to identify the concepts and core competencies that will allow them to experience the change process with reinforcing and practical opportunities spread throughout the process. The workshop is interactive and experimental; participants leave the program with new insights, tools, and skills they can immediately apply.
