Method of the Exploratory Feedback Training Program

The Exploratory Feedback Program is conducted as an in-person training. This training, which is focused on individual learning, enables participants to become familiar with concepts and core competencies that allow them to understand themselves as a “system.” The training is participatory and experiential; participants progress through the program by learning from one another and gaining new awareness, tools, and skills that they can immediately apply.
