The Social Behavior Styles training plays an effective role in helping participants recognize their own social style and the social styles of others, increase the quality of communication by displaying appropriate behavior toward people in their professional and personal lives, and develop their ability to negotiate.

Method of the Social Behavior Styles Training Program

The Social Behavior Styles Program is delivered through in-class (face-to-face) training. Designed to support individual learning, this training enables participants to recognize the concepts and core competencies that allow them to understand themselves as a “system.” The training is participatory and experiential; participants also learn from one another and progress through the program with new awareness, tools, and skills that they can immediately apply.
