Mentor Coaching Program Method
The process begins by assessing the coach’s current knowledge and skills against ICF competencies, reviewing each competency theoretically. Misconceptions are corrected, and unknown areas are explored to broaden the learning spectrum.
Feedback is given on coaching sessions to allow the application and experience of new learnings in subsequent sessions.
Insight is provided on different coaching approaches and perspectives. The mentee experiences the coaching process both as coach and client, enhancing competencies through empathetic learning.
Supportive reading materials and additional resources are provided to deepen the coaching foundation.
