Team Coaching Training Program
The Team Coaching process helps individuals become aware of the conscious contributions they bring to team relationships when forming a team.
At the beginning of the process, the team completes the online TDA (Team Diagnostic Assessment) to gain deep insight into the current state of their relationships and where they aim to go. At the end of the process (8–10 months), the TDA is repeated, and improvements and changes in relationships are measured and shared with the team to demonstrate the impact of the process on their relationships. The TDA can be conducted in multiple languages, including Turkish.

Purpose of the Team Coaching Training Program
To help team members and managers deepen team relationships through trust, respect, and positive interactions; enhance their skills in managing team relationships; raise awareness of current performance and productivity; plan actions for development; and support the implementation of these actions using coaching methods.

Team Coaching Training Program Process
Following the assessment (TDA test optional), the program includes a 2-day Team Coaching training, a 1-day Team Coaching follow-up 4–6 weeks later, and four half-day Team Coaching meetings over the subsequent 6 months at 6–8 week intervals.
Team Coaching Training Program Method
Workshops designed for team learning enable participants to understand concepts and core competencies that help them grasp team dynamics as a “system.” The workshops include Team Efficiency Assessment, working on the Team Profile, and, as needs arise, tools and methods for “continuous team development” through Team Coaching. The training is interactive and experiential. Participants leave each session with new awareness, tools, and skills that they can immediately apply before the next Team Coaching session.
