The Leading Others Program is the second step of the Basic Leadership Program, designed to increase awareness with the approach of “leadership that inspires and develops others.”

Method of the Leading Others Program

The Leading Others Program is delivered as an in-person training. Designed to support individual learning, the program helps participants understand themselves as a “system” by introducing key concepts and core competencies. The training is highly experiential and participant-driven; learners gain new insights, tools, and skills that they can immediately apply, while also learning from each other throughout the program.
