Leadership Coaching Program
To achieve lasting transformation, all coaching sessions are conducted through deep, high-quality, and structured conversations spread over the course of the program. Coaching meetings focus on pre-determined goals and topics, utilizing a two-way learning mechanism and making full use of opportunities for constructive interaction. Insights emerge through these deep conversations.
Coaching sessions provide an opportunity for change and transformation. Significant learning goes beyond immediate issues, positively shaping our approach to similar situations that may arise throughout life, and helping us internalize general learning principles. Therefore, leadership coaching focuses not on solving a single issue, but on the individual and their development. All coaching sessions are conducted by ICF-accredited coaches with the necessary expertise and competencies.

Leadership Coaching Program Process
- Goal-Setting Meeting: The coachee, their manager, and HR determine the objectives of the coaching process
- Preferably using leadership and personal assessment tools
- Coaching Sessions: A total of 10 hours delivered in 1-hour sessions every 2–3 weeks (the first session is a 2-hour discovery meeting), conducted face-to-face or online
- Evaluation Meeting: After 10 hours (9 sessions), the coachee, manager, and HR review and evaluate the coaching process
- The process is completed over 6–8 months
Leadership Coaching Program Method
Leadership coaching is conducted through one-on-one, confidential, non-judgmental, adult-to-adult structured conversations. Instead of offering advice or direction, the coachee gains awareness and learning through their own insights. Individuals discover answers within their own potential, explore them thoughtfully, and transform them into action with confidence, learning from every action.
The focus is on the person rather than the topics. Awareness of one’s worldview and making necessary changes enables the discovery of what is possible. Experiencing the impact of changing choices provides opportunities for learning.
Learning how to learn is the most important outcome of leadership coaching. Through this, participants gain the experience of sustaining a lasting and continuous state of growth independently, achieving deep, irreversible development even without a coach.
