This program offers a comprehensive, practical, and intensive learning experience while balancing a strong foundation of corporate coaching theory with skill development, practice, and application. By internalizing the mindset and the core skills of Listening – Asking – Speaking that underpin effective leadership coaching, participants are enabled to apply these mindsets and skills across all areas of life.
