This program, based on the approach “Leadership Starts with Self,” enhances awareness and self-reflection in participants and serves as the first step of the Essential Leadership Program.

Method of the Leading Self Program

The Leading Self Program is delivered as a classroom training. It introduces concepts and core competencies that allow participants to understand themselves as a “system.” The training is interactive and experiential; participants learn from each other and progress through the program with new awareness, tools, and skills that they can immediately apply.
